Great Yoga Wall System
This type of yoga focuses on alignment and correct posture as a gateway to inner and outer transformation and healing.
Our Classes
OWM offers 90 minute evening and weekend classes as well as 45-minute lunch classes designed to work around your work schedule.
Our Instructors
All OWM Yoga Downtown teachers are certified Wall Yoga instructors and undergo training in body mechanics, fundamentals of Iyenger Yoga and mindfulness meditation.
