Gentle Flow Midday Yoga Break: Monday Wednesday Friday
12:00 PM – 12:45 PM
Iyengar Wall Flow: Wednesdays
This class is beginner friendly and will include traditional Iyengar style postures executed using the Great Yoga Wall. Unlike our region specific workshops, this weekly drop-in class will focus on general fitness, core strengthening and proper alignment. Our instructor will incorporate a flow into the class by sequencing and linking postures together, while being led by the breath. This class will also incorporate inversions for those who would like to enjoy them.
