OWM Yoga Downtown Classes

Drop In Classes

All of our in studio classes will require preregistration due to lower maximum occupancy.  Each class can only have 5 students.  2 hours prior to class start time, registration and ability to cancel registration will close. 

Classes will only run if students are preregistered.  If a student registers for class and does not attend no refunds will be warranted. 

Standard Classes
Midday Yoga Break – currently offered virtually via zoom.  In studio option begins Oct 21st 2020
Enjoy an invigorating midday yoga class to keep you going all day long.  A class based on the needs of the individuals in attendance.  This class is designed to get you in and out with a clear mind and strong body. Use your lunch hour to reset your mind and body for the busy afternoon ahead. The perfect respite to counter the bustling activity of the workday!
Iyengar Flow – currently offered virtually via zoom. In studio option begins Oct 21st 2020
This class is beginner friendly and will include traditional Iyengar style postures executed using the Great Yoga Wall. Unlike our region specific workshops, this weekly drop-in class will focus on general fitness, core strengthening and proper alignment. Our instructor will incorporate a flow into the class by sequencing and linking postures together, while being led by the breath. This class will also incorporate inversions for those who would like to enjoy them. This class will incorporate the Great Yoga Wall.

*Students attending these classes may use Standard Class Passes or Therapeutic Class Passes

Therapeutic Classes
Therapeutic Yoga – In Studio option begins Oct 26th 2020
An intimate group setting allows for these classes to give each student individual attention as you learn to navigate through any previous injuries/conditions. The student and the instructor will work closely together using alignment based postures to correct poor postural habits or rehabilitate from injury. Our therapeutic yoga instructor will have correspondence with Dr. Kaplan and together they will create an appropriate personal practice for each student while also providing postures and exercises to practice at home. This class will incorporate the Great Yoga Wall.
